Einkorn wheat tartlets with apricot 40g

Our einkorn wheat apricot tartlets are ideal as a snack for those on a healthy diet, but not wanting to sacrifice the pleasure of traditional treats. Delicious because they are made to a special, vegan recipe, healthy thanks to the nutritional benefits of einkorn wheat. Rich in vitamins, proteins and minerals, low in fat, einkorn wheat is more digestible than durum wheat, as well as being more satiating.

Ingredients

Einkorn wheat flour, semi-finished apricot product 15% (glucose-fructose syrup from corn*, apricot purée* 20%, thickeners: pectin, corn starch*; acidity regulator: citric acid; natural flavourings), non-hydrogenated vegetable margarine (sunflower oil*, shea butter*, water, lemon juice), rice syrup (rice*, barley malt*), sea salt.
