Our rye sandwich bread is excellent for spreading and filling with sweet or savoury ingredients. The bread’s distinctive flavour comes from the use of this flour with ancient origins. Indeed, rye is one of the classic cereals of antiquity: its first cultivations seem to date from 2000 to 3000 years ago, in Asia Minor.
