For our khorasan croissant, we have reinterpreted the classic French pastry, famous throughout Europe since the beginning of the last century. Created with all the passion and skill that a baked product of such sophistication demands, it is perfect for breakfast with a cup of coffee. A real pleasure for gourmands, without sacrificing a healthy diet: khorasan wheat flour is rich in protein, vitamins B and E, and minerals such as magnesium, iron, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, selenium and copper. Ideal for athletes because it contains slowly absorbed lipids and carbohydrates that guarantee a gradual release of energy throughout the day.

Khorasan Kamut® wheat flour, non-hydrogenated vegetable margarine (sunflower oil*, shea butter*, water, concentrated lemon juice*, natural flavouring), rice syrup (rice*, barley malt*), natural sourdough yeast (khorasan wheat flour, water), water, sea salt.
