Einkorn melba toasts enriched with Italian extra virgin olive oil, for a healthy, tasty and digestible breakfast. Einkorn wheat is low in fat and rich in vitamins, proteins and minerals. And is far more satiating and digestible than durum wheat.

Einkorn wheat flour, natural sourdough yeast (einkorn wheat flour, water), rice syrup (rice*, barley malt*), extra virgin olive oil 2%, salt.
