Our wholemeal melba toasts are ideal for breakfast. Their flavour and fragrance make them perfect for spreads such as jams and fresh cheeses. Sweet or savoury, you choose: the goodness is still there!

Ingredients

Whole wheat flour 53%, type 0 soft wheat flour, natural sourdough yeast (whole wheat flour, water), rice syrup (rice*, barley malt*), extra virgin olive oil 2%, sea salt.
