Khorasan wheat blueberry tartlets. A snack made with khorasan wheat and Valtellina blueberry compote. Ideal as a snack for athletes, thanks to the nutritional benefits of khorasan wheat: slowly absorbed lipids and carbohydrates that guarantee a gradual release of energy throughout the day.

Ingredients

Khorasan Kamut® wheat flour, blueberry semi-finished product 15% (glucose syrup, corn fructose, blueberry purée* 20%, pectin, corn starch*, citric acid), non-hydrogenated vegetable margarine (sunflower oil*, shea butter*, water, lemon juice), rice syrup (rice*, barley malt*), sea salt.
