Products purchased on www.igenuini.it are delivered to the shipping address entered by the user on the order form within approximately 24-48 hours from the departure of the shipment. Orders completed after 1 pm may be processed the next day.

Deliveries are made in Italy and the European Union. Regarding deliveries outside Italy, orders may, in any case, be refused for logistical or transport reasons.

The standard cost of shipping is € 7.90.
The cost of shipments to Calabria, Sardinia and Sicily is € 10.90.

For deliveries abroad, to the Italian islands or specific areas deemed more difficult to reach for logistical and transport reasons, shipping prices may vary and will be expressly indicated before completely the order.

For orders over € 59.90, shipping is free.

You will be sent an e-mail confirming the moment of departure of the shipment.

The courier will make a first delivery attempt, and in case it is not possible to deliver the products due to the customer being unavailable to receive them, the customer and I Genuini will be notified by e-mail of the non-delivery, and a second delivery attempt will be scheduled, usually for the next day. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, the package containing the products will be returned to the courier’s branch and storage procedure will be initiated with the following charges:

• Opening of the case € 5,00
• Minimum storage charge € 3,00
• Additional daily storage charge € 0,50
• Re-delivery charge € 3,50

which are to be paid by the customer and will therefore be added to the total shipping cost.
